Isabelle and the Choc-O-Lot
Chapter 1. : Once upon a time, there was a little Asian girl named Isabelle who loved chocolate. Every day she would go to the store and buy a bar of delicious chocolate. But one day, when she went to the store, the shopkeeper said, "I'm sorry, we are all out of chocolate.
" Isabelle was very disappointed and started to cry. But then the shopkeeper had an idea. He said, "I know!
Why don't you come back tomorrow and I'll make you some homemade chocolate?" Isabelle was overjoyed and eagerly agreed. So the next day she came back to the store and was presented with a large bowl of homemade chocolate.
She ate it all up and thanked the shopkeeper profusely. But then she noticed something strange - her stomach felt funny! She soon realized that the shopkeeper had accidentally put chili powder in the chocolate instead of sugar!
Isabelle was so embarrassed that she ran out of the store without saying goodbye. The next day when Isabelle returned to the store, she found that the shopkeeper had hung a sign outside that said: "No more chili-flavored chocolates!
