Archie and His Dino-Mite Pal
Chapter 1. Once upon a time, there was a boy named Archie. He was always the littlest in his class, but he never let that stop him from having big dreams. He dreamed of one day owning a pet dinosaur. One day, as Archie was walking home from school, he heard a strange noise coming from the woods near his house. He decided to investigate and see what it was.
As he walked deeper into the woods, the noise got louder and louder. All of a sudden, Archie spotted something strange in front of him - it was a baby dinosaur! The dinosaur looked scared and alone and Archie's heart went out to it. He slowly stepped closer to the baby dino and spoke to it softly. Surprisingly, the dino seemed to understand what he said and even seemed to like him!
Before long, Archie had made a new best friend - his very own pet dinosaur! Archie named his new friend Dino-Mite and every day after school they would explore the woods together or play games in Archie's backyard. They were inseparable! One day, as they were walking through the woods, an angry man appeared from nowhere and started chasing them!
It turned out that the man wanted to take Dino-Mite away because he wanted to sell him for money. Archie knew he had to do something - but what? Suddenly an idea popped into his head - if he could just get some help then maybe they could save Dino-Mite! He ran home as fast as he could and told his mom all about everything that had happened.
His mom quickly called some of her friends who owned farm animals - like cows, horses and chickens - and together they all went back into the woods to rescue Dino-Mite before it was too late! When they reached the spot where Archie had last seen Dino-Mite and the man, they discovered that Dino-Mite had managed to escape on his own! He was so happy when he saw Archie again that he jumped into his arms for a big hug. From then on, no matter how much trouble Archie got into at school or at home, nothing could separate him from his best friend - Dino-Mite!
