Hot and Bothered.
Chapter 1. A woman was feeling really hot and bothered during a particularly hot summer day. She decided to go for a swim in the river that ran through her town, hoping it would cool her off.
Unfortunately, the water was so murky and full of algae that she couldn't even see her own feet. Disgusted, she got out of the river and decided to take a walk instead.
As she walked, the heat seemed to be getting worse and worse. She passed through a park where all of the trees had been cut down to make room for a new development.
The woman was so hot and uncomfortable that she felt like she was going to faint. Just then, she saw an ice cream truck driving slowly by.
The woman thought it was her lucky day and ran over to it, eagerly asking for an ice cream cone. The man in the truck looked at her sadly and said, "I'm sorry ma'am but I can't sell you any ice cream today because it's too hot outside."
The woman was exasperated at this point, so she cried out,"What am I supposed to do? I'm so hot and bothered that I can't enjoy my life!"
The man in the truck paused for a moment before saying,"Well ma'am, why don't you try taking your clothes off?"
