Beary Special Time
Chapter 1. Once upon a time, there was a very cute bear cub named Beary. He lived with his mama in the deep woods. Every day, Mama Bear and Beary would take walks together through the woods. Mama Bear taught Beary all sorts of things like how to look for food, how to find his way around the woods, and even how to swim in the river.
They'd also sometimes just sit together and cuddle up against each other. Mama Bear would tell Beary stories about all the adventures they'd have one day. One day, while walking through the woods, Mama Bear noticed that it was getting dark earlier than usual and that she and Beary had been walking for a long time. She decided they should turn around and go home.
But when they reached home, it was already very late at night. Mama Bear was so tired that she went straight to bed without saying goodnight to her little cub. Beary was sad because he wanted one last cuddle with his mama before going to sleep but she seemed too tired for it tonight. He decided he would wait until morning, so he curled up in a ball under his blanket and went to sleep.
The next morning when he woke up, he was surprised to see that Mama Bear had stayed up all night making him a special surprise: a cozy bed made out of leaves! She had also made him some delicious honey buns for breakfast! Beary was so happy!
He thanked his mama with lots of hugs and kisses before they started their day together again in the woods - this time with plenty of energy! As they walked hand-in-hand through the forest, Mama Bear told him tales of their special bonding time from last night - when she had stayed up late just for him - making sure he knew how much she loved him no matter what! And from then on, every night before going to bed, Mama Bear would make sure to give her little cub one last hug and kiss just so he knew how much she loved him - no matter what!
