Five Habits of Young Prodigies

If once young prodigies their habits would adopt,

Good knowledge they'd soon find to thrive and excel;

They must each day read much and never should stop,

For learning's a pleasure that none can repel.

Be sure to write down all you think and hear,

For writing is thought made manifest in text;

Reflect on your thoughts and develop them clear,

Take time to review what your words do suggest.

Discipline be firm but never too tough,

Ensure you're respectful of others as well;

Never indulge in sloth or idleness stuff—

Suffer not your talents to idle dwell.

Strive for success but do not be too proud;

Let honor be yours for the virtues allowed.
