Taja and the Time House.
Chapter 1. Once upon a time there was a woman named Taja who had no time for anyone. She worked hard, but was always on the go. One day, she decided to take a break and buy herself a house.
She went to her bank and asked for a loan to buy the house. The banker told her that she needed to have some kind of collateral in order to get the loan. Taja thought long and hard about what she could use as collateral, but nothing came to mind.
Finally, she decided to offer her time as collateral. The banker thought this was an odd request, but he agreed nonetheless. He gave Taja the loan and told her that if she couldn't make the payments on time, he would take her time away from her as payment.
Taja bought the house with no problem and moved in right away. She quickly realized that with all of the extra free time she now had, she had no idea what to do with it! Finally, after some thought, she decided to start a business selling clocks and watches!
Now Taja has plenty of money coming in from her new business and plenty of free time - something she never had before! And if ever she falls behind on her payments, at least now the banker won't be able to take away from something that's already hers!
